We're making tacos and getting high.

Criminal convictions relating to simple cannabis possession have devastating consequences for Canadians. They restrict Canadians from travelling to the United States, reduce access to housing and prevent participation in communities through volunteering and meaningful employment. Moreover, the discriminatory way in which cannabis offences have been historically policed means that the enforcement of cannabis-related offences has disproportionately targeted racialized and marginalized Canadians – the most vulnerable members of our society. No Canadian should be burdened with a criminal record for a minor, non-harmful act that is no longer a crime. So don't forget to show your support and sign the petition!
