I tried it a few times and didn't see enough benefit to justify the high stress that I was causing. Big buds mostly come from big roots and beneficial bacteria and the right amount of food in my experience. Always get your basics dialed in first before you try advanced techniques. Then you will be able to tell if it's working.

I know how to super crop, top and low stress training also. dont do mush good if you cant pop seeds to get what you need to make clones. I'm trying to make my own strain. cross breeding and Feminizing seeds are more what I'm looking into as well as growing. Also does anyone know about autos?
