I’m so sorry you went through all that with your ex-husband. :( I’m glad you were able to recognize the issues and eventually leave. No relationship should be one sided. I’m also glad you found yoga and therapy to help you through those traumatic experiences. No one should ever feel like you did, especially in a marriage with a family.
