In this video I’ll be dabbing CBD crystals for the very first time. I’ll show you the dab rig I’ve bought and explain what a dab rig is and how a dab rig works. You’ll understand why it is growing in popularity and why some people choose dabbing as their preferred method of delivering CBD into their body’s ECS system.
I’ll also show you the CBD crystals I’ve chosen.
So what is a dab rig?
A dab rig consists of three main elements: Glass pipe, Nail, Lighter.
You may also want to get a dabber rod that you use to pick the crystals up with.
Unlike a traditional method of smoking like a pipe or bong, a dab rig isn’t designed to set the concentrate i.e crystals, shatter or wax on fire.
Instead the nail gets heated up by a torch lighter and then when the concentrate is added it creates a vapour that you inhale.
The effectiveness of dabbing is why it has grown in popularity as it enters the bloodstream almost immediately.
The other reason is that inhaling vapour as opposed to smoke is a healthier option. Dabbing and vaping are closely related.
Dabbing refers to specifically inhaling vapour that’s produced by heating up a herb concentrate.
When you first buy a dab rig you will need to prime the nail. To do this heat the nail first and allow to cool. Then heat again and add some concentrated CBD to it. Allow the vapour to come out. You can use a small amount to do this.
Then you are ready to go.
