I think the word you're looking for is lanyard the first time I ordered from hemper was about 2 and 1/2 years ago they were out of Canada or New York at the time because it took me almost two weeks to get my first bong I bought from them then I got a couple boxes and they are all right I like hemper well catch you on the flip side. ✌
