dude I've been working customer service jobs since I got my work permit at 15 and its definitely taught me how to be patient and how to be a better humanitarian. my favorite part is getting a shitty guest, like fuck yeah let me see how I can get this dude to leave happy or at least better than how they walked in. and I feel getting stoned before my shift always helps lol here are some quotes I've seen I'm many back offices lol "are you receiving bad customer service or are you a bad customer?" "you've obviously never had a customer service job before and it shows" maybe consider getting a go pro having it on for a little while at work you might catch some good shit.
