Ayyy them over night oats are bomb but I always add chia seeds to make it more filling and bananas too. You could even add dark chocolate because its sweet and not bad for you. And sometimes that over whelming hunger feeling could be your body wanting more water too. You gotta always keep in mind as female cannabis smokers we get dehydrated faster so drinking lots of water can help that hungry feeling. Lol Dm me if you wanna swap recipes ?
