I had those. It’s fungus gnats. Or worst case baby aphids. Prolly not tho almost sure thats a fungus gnat. They annoying but don’t hurt shit
And leaves on the ground causes the pests. That’s why most people lollipop for air circulation and to make it harder for any pest to infest the plant. That leaf looks like it just died from being on the ground
