First up: In Tucson, Arizona, Sonoran Flower, a subsidiary of the hemp product producer Anything Technologies Media, Inc., announced its ongoing negotiations with retaining its license to cultivate cannabis and supply it to legal dispensaries. This according to Globe Newswire.
In their 12,000 sq ft growing facility, the company recently harvested 5 million feminized hemp seeds. Sonoran Flower estimates that the seed stock, which will be sold through both retail and wholesale, is worth approximately $2.5 million. With a licensing agreement for cannabis cultivation, the company estimates about $10 million in generated revenue.
Started approximately 3 years ago, Sonoran Flower’s indoor growing facility grows about 7 to 8 crops each year, with about a 7.5 week growing time per crop. The company plans on updating shareholders on the state of the negotiations and, hopefully, when the licensing deal is finalized.
Sonoran Flower cultivates, processes and sells both retail and wholesale hemp products. The company focuses on everything from high-quality hemp seeds and smokable hemp flower to distillates, isolates, vapes, topicals and hemp-infused beverages.

And next: Digital Journal reports that Alpha Therapeutics LLC has launched a new facial cream infused with cannabigerol (CBG). The company believes that although CBG is currently less prevalent in the wellness industry than CBD, an increasing number of studies indicate that CBG may offer a multitude of health benefits, similarly to CBD.
Like CBD, CBG is a naturally occuring cannabinoid found in hemp and cannabis plants. For some, CBG is considered as the starting point of other cannabinoids, dubbing it the “mother of cannabinoids.”
Alpha’s new product is a premium facial cream with a 2:1 CBG/CBD ratio. The company states that the cream might help one’s skin with toning, hydration, softening and revitalization.
The CBG cream, which is also vegan, includes ingredients such as rose flower water, organic aloe leaf juice, vitamin C, carrot seed oil, organic bilberry fruit extract, castor oil and xanthan gum.
Current research cited by Alpha indicates that the potential therapeutic benefits of CBG include pain and anxiety relief, antidepressant properties, muscle relaxation, and antibacterial properties. Moreover, the study suggests that CBG might be effective in managing bladder dysfunction, reducing tumor growth, strengthening one’s bones, and soothing inflammatory bowel disease.

Last up: The Valens Company, which specializes in the end-to-end production of cannabinoid-based products, announced a new product launch in a white label agreement with A1 Cannabis Company.
PRNewswire reports that the new cannabis-infused beverage, called Summit 10, will have a higher cannabis potency than previous products. The Summit 10 lemonade iced tea contains 10mg of THC per 335ml bottle and is the third product in The Valens Company and A1’s beverage line.
Previously released Summit beverages offer a 2.5mg THC per bottle infusion. A1 utilitized Valens’ emulsion technology SōRSE to ensure higher dosing per bottle as well as faster onset times and shorter offset times.
“As an anticipated addition to A1's cannabis-infused beverage line, we bring Summit 10 to the Canadian market, a reimagined THC-forward formulation with more potency and differentiated taste, but with the same quality consumers have come to favour in Summit,” said Tyler Robson, Chief Executive Officer of The Valens Company. “As the Canadian cannabis-infused beverage market matures, it is our commitment to continue to innovate and differentiate for our partners using SōRSE by Valens, but also reinvent trusted products that offer customizable experiences in various potency levels and taste profiles to meet a wide range of consumer preferences.”
The new Summit 10 products are set to launch in Alberta, Canada both online and in retail locations in mid-October, with plans to launch in both British Columbia and Ontario shortly thereafter.
