just came across this video. on about week 7 with bamboo and have not had any issues, even over 2 full yrs. I have been cleaning with 3%peroxide before hand.....but this pretty informative and I will most likely change to tomato stakes like you here.
Thank you NPK great video. I wondered that about bamboo sticks. Thinking I may have gotten spider mites about 2 months ago from bamboo sticks. Started cleaning them with alcohol real good. So good so far but this video just helped me out a ton brother thank you.
This is awesome! I didn't know bamboo stakes could come with mold but it makes sense. The second reason why not to use is my thoughts exactly on bamboo stakes, wood absorbs moisture, bacteria, and mold and plastic stakes do not.
