High there! In today's video you will see my friend's band, Howard Til Midnight, perform at the On the Grass Music Festival on 4/20/2019. Item 9 Labs was a huge sponsor at this event, and a bunch of other companies. It was somewhat confusing at this event, because Arizona is not recreational yet, but there were people smoking in front of cops, soo...I sparked up too homie.
