Oh nooooo! That's gotta hurt. I'm so sorry for you. All you can do at this point is live and learn. More fans probably would have helped. I had bud rot a couple of times from the humidity being too high and not enough air flow. It was usually the buds that were leaning and touching the wall. Keep your chin up and try again.
I would go ahead and trim off the leaves that are more than 50% dead. It will speed up the healing process to when it sheds the dead material.
Too bad man, I feel for you. those ak47's still looked pretty good
