Great topic as I just got over a cold/flu not sure and the bud definitely helped through the process. I also added some dried Mullein Leaf which I picked which cleared my chest right out. Mullein leaf as a traditional medicine is used for treatment of asthma, coughs, tuberculosis, and other respiratory problems. Herb with other herbs support!
